Am I doing Enough?

The thought of you
Tugs at my heart
Tears comeRelated image
I wonder
Am I doing enough?
Enough to see You?
Enough for You to come see me?

For You,
Who live right here
In my heart
Am I doing enough?

To open the door
And peak in to see You
Am i doing enough?
To open my heart,
And invite You in?

Your smile whispers
“There is nothing to do. Just Be.”

  1. As I was reading your poem, this was exactly what I had in my mind…. just be yourself, truthful and sincere in all your deeds….I will always be there for you….his smile whispers……what a beautiful smile to receive in the morning Krishnapriya. ❀️

  2. i think…all we need to do is empty our mind from the accumulated trash…so that only the thought about Him flows in…His smile is enough to conquer everything…and you have seen it!

    1. You are so right – empty our mind so He will fill it. Isn’t it crazy that we even forget when everything about Him is so madhuram? I pray to Him to keep His smile dancing in our hearts and dissolve all else. Sri Krishna Sharanam Mama πŸ™‚

  3. oh, yes…my sweet, sweet Krishnapriya…the simplicity of being, the surrender of all human constructs and ego-boosters…just to be…present, now. Thank you, my darling friend for this and you in my life, here and now…blessings and much love to you! *willows in misty rain**children dancing amid puddles smiling**glistening raindrops like rainbows*

    1. Your words are so beautiful — the surrender of all human constructs — yes, that is it — as long as we are lost in them, how can we rest in the emptiness of Being? And dance with the raindrops? Thank you for always helping me. *embracing hearts*
