Your Grace

Your Grace came upon meImage result for rain images
Like the flooding of a river
In torrential rain
Wave upon wave
Submerging me
In an ocean of
Unspeakable bliss

Your Grace came upon me
For no reason
No action of this body
No thought of this mind

Your Grace came upon me
Causeless and supreme
A rain of pure love
From heaven
Drenching me
And my existence
Forever and ever
In Thee
Incomprehensible
Infinity

      1. i had this desire to write for 108 days about Sri Krishna – and His magic flute….but somehow in the middle i started posting poems….and that took a life of its own. πŸ™‚ Still i am counting the days – its day 76 today. πŸ™‚

      2. Wow! What a thoughtful idea πŸ™‚ love it! Yeah I mean, don’t we all lose track? But that’s always okay…maybe make your 108th post about Krishna so it kind of completes it. All your poems sound divine so I would still consider them a part of this πŸ™‚

      1. I just saw this quote by poet Mary Oliver — it fits right it with what you said about loving what is in front of us! “Sometimes I need only to stand wherever I am to be blessed.” And dear Sakshi, you are a part of the blessing in front of me. Thank you! πŸ™‚
